I'm Carmen. I officiate weddings in Vermont and the Adirondack's of New York. My home base is Burlington, Vermont, I travel up to two hours from there.

I use my 25 years of experience to guide couples through the ceremony planning process, keeping it simple. My ceremonies are relaxed, sweet, and joyful!

I assist couples marry, whether it's as straightforward as signing your marriage license without a ceremony or planning an elaborate wedding ceremony for 300 guests. I am experienced with all wedding sizes.

I specialize in capturing the joy and shared between couples, regardless of the wedding's size. With experience from hundreds of ceremonies, I would love to photograph the love between you!
